Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours after shipment to become active.

International Shipping

PureAcoust ships to customers worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees required by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

PureAcoust is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
